  • Shipping Costs: Based on your order’s weight, size, and destination.

  • Service Availability: Some delivery options may not be available for remote or hard-to-reach locations.

  • Delivery Scheduling: You can choose a preferred delivery date at checkout (where available).

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Delivery – Estimated 4 working days

  • Express Delivery – Estimated 3 working days

  • Priority Delivery – Estimated 2 working days

Order Weight Guidelines

Orders Up to 25kg

  • Shipped with trusted courier partners

  • Carefully packaged to protect your stuffed toy(s)

  • Delivery date selection available at checkout

Orders Over 25kg

  • May ship via courier or pallet delivery (for large bulk orders)

  • Ensure easy access for larger delivery vehicles

  • Delivery must be confirmed at checkout

Important Delivery Terms

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays)

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 1 PM are processed the same working day. Orders after this time are processed the next business day.

  • Remote Areas: May incur extra shipping fees or longer delivery times

  • Missed Deliveries: If no one is available to accept the package, redelivery charges may apply

  • Damaged Packages: If your delivery arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
